Scope :
- Find matching EMS vendors in India, experienced in Export, for contract
- manufacturing / Joint Venture, for their newly designed emergency lights project.
Execution:
- Researched and drew up a panel of suitable vendors
- Followed by an individual survey of vendors, a detailed evaluation procedure
devised
- Using the devised method vendors were evaluated for each parameter including
pricing and a detailed report provided to the client
- A final selection tour was done accompanied by the client and a matching vendor
selected

Scope:
- To develop market for their products in India

- Through personal visits awareness for the clients, profiles, capabilities and their
products was created with prospective customers
- Coordinated with the buyer companies and the clients for bridging the technical
gap between the buyers’requirements and the clients’ products
- Obtained enquiries and submitted offers
- Orders obtained and coordinated for the supply chain and logistics

Scope:
Supply Chain management in respect of production of castings, outsourced
Machining, Quality Assurance and adherence to schedules for the large variety / low
volumes
Execution:
The total production planning and logistics management of the supply chain at the
chosen vendors’ works were streamlined with our expertise, resulting in very high
adherence to supply schedules, leading to substantially higher customer satisfaction
apart from saving airfreight costs. This created the confidence to our clients who
placed very good Project-Orders on the vendor with strict timelines for development
and supply

UK based precision die cast and machined components manufacturing company

Scope:
To explore and get die castings suppliers in India matching their stringent
requirement as compared to their already well established and cost effective supply
partners in China, for both Components and Tools
Execution:
- Researched and drawn a panel of more than 25 prospective vendors
- Initial survey was conducted and shortlisted 16 vendors spanning various regions of
India
- Conducted an accompanied tour with our UK associates and the client’s
top management team to these 16 shortlisted units and a finer shortlist received
from the client
- A very detailed evaluation study was carried out in each of these client- shortlisted
-vendors’ works and detailed report submitted
- RFQs sent by the client to the shortlisted vendors were coordinated and offers sent
to the clients for evaluation of price sensitivity
- The above project was executed in about 8 months’ time in 2007
In recognition of our reliable and unbiased services exactly satisfying the needs of the clients, our clients followed with further consultancy projects to us (through our UK associates) for:
- Choosing a supply Partner / JV Partner among the vendors found suitable after the
detailed evaluation for supply of components.
- Location study in 3 cities in case they decide to set up their own subsidiary in India
- Finding suitable design sources for 3D modeling of die cast components
The above have been successfully completed with an accompanied visit to vendors in three cities, in July 2008.
