- Providing Technical Bridge between the customer’s and client’s ( your? ) team

Mid phase of Association:
- Book orders and offer supply chain support to customers in terms of distribution
and logistics
- Help with payment collection, channeling customers’ feedback on products and
services
Ongoing phase of Association:
- Provide information on demand pattern from customer, their sources, prices and
business plans and status, so that business plans / sales targets can be made more
accurately
- Evaluate market conditions, entry of competitors and status report on their
progress
STARTING IN INDIA
Initial Phase of Association (on project consultancy basis):
- Market Survey and business potential estimates, location selection study and
evaluation
Mid Phase of Association (on project consultancy basis):
- Evaluate strategies for India
-going alone or with partners
- Find Partners, evaluate proposals, due diligence study
- Technical evaluation of and guidance on investments, selection of site, recruitment
and monitoring, management of project execution
- Hand over baton to Partners once stable state is established
Ongoing Phase of Association (on a consultancy or On-Board basis):
- Support as needed by the Partners for Operations, Marketing and Growth Strategy
for the Indian venture
